FCUAC response to a proposal for mobile services access

The King County Department of Executive Services created a proposal for a mobile service that would allow citizens access to certain King County services and asked for input from all the UACs. Although FCUAC applauds the work of those who built the proposal the council felt that leveraging off of existing fixed remote service access points would be a better idea.
