Minutes of the January 30, 2002 Supplemental Meeting of the Four Creeks U.A.C.

The meeting began at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were board members David Mobley, Tom Fisher, David Rockabrand, Oscar Bandelin, Cynthia Green, Denise Lockner Jones, Tom Tregoning, and Tami Harris. Also in attendance were members of the public. Oscar Bandelin opened the meeting and thanked everyone for attending, and then turned the floor over to David Rockabrand.

1. Four Creek U.A.C Venue: David Rockabrand had completed extensive research on finding a new venue. Possibilities he had checked on included the Issaquah School district, the Issaquah Community Center, the Renton Fire Department, the Issaquah Fire department, the Issaquah Police Department, the Issaquah Library, the King County Library on Sunset, and the May Valley Alliance Church. The Council discussed the feasibility of each location. David Rockabrand had preliminarily booked the Issaquah Police Department Rotunda Room for the next three months. A motion was made to use the Issaquah Police Department for the meeting of February 20, 2002. The motion was seconded and carried, with one abstention. There were suggestions made from the public and from the Council on other potential locations. The research for a permanent location for UAC meetings will continue.

2. A motion was made to adjourn. The motion was seconded and carried.

   The meeting adjourned at 7:43.
